Firstly my thanks for a really splendid service at our event in January at the Hinckley Island Hotel. The good news is that we will be holding the event at the same venue on 20-21 January 2011 and would like to use your services once again. If you have any comments or recommendations to improve the event from your side we would like to hear them, however as far as we are concerned if it isn't broke don't fix it. The only small change we would like to make and need some suggestion is regarding the lectern which we feel needs some sort of dolling up. If you do not have a better idea I suggest that we hang something from it in the front.
